Al Hilal midfielder Ruben Neves has insisted he wants to remain with the Saudi Arabian side this winter despite interest from both Arsenal and Newcastle United. Neves, who left Wolverhampton Wanderers in the summer, has plenty of suitors back in the Premier League . Newcastle have seen their desire to sign Neves on loan blocked by a league vote, but they have considered a permanent move for the Al Hilal midfielder. Arsenal are also among the sides tracking Neves, but the 26-year-old has made it clear he is not interested in a return to England. Refereeing body PGMOL will release the audio of officials deliberating Anthony Gordon's controversial winner for Newcastle in their Premier League clash with Arsenal earlier in November. Gunners manager Mikel Arteta unleashed a furious rant after his side were downed 1-0 by the Magpies at St James' Park, labelling the decision to allow Gordon's strike to stand "embarrassing" and a "disgrace". The goal went through three steps of checks by the video assistant referee as they adjudicated on whether the ball had gone out of play, if Gabriel Magalhaes had been fouled by Joelinton and if an offside had taken place.
